Returns Policy
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made through GYORR. Please take a moment to read our Returns Policy outlined below:
- Returns Eligibility
1.1. Returns are accepted within the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), and outside the UK with the customer responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to process returns for purchases made outside of the UK without the customer covering return shipping expenses. Returns are offered within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you inform us. Refunds must reach the customer within 14 working days of receiving the goods back
1.2. Upon receiving your item, please inspect it as soon as possible and before use. All items must be returned in unused and pristine condition, in their original packaging.
1.3. Refund Exclusions: We are not obligated to issue a refund if:
The customer was aware of an item's faultiness upon purchase.
The item was damaged due to attempted self-repair or repair by a third party (though options for repair, replacement, or partial refund may still apply).
The customer no longer desires the item (e.g., due to incorrect size or colour), except in cases where the item was purchased without prior inspection.
- Wrong Item Received
2.1. We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. To request a refund or replacement, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
3.1. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please accept our apologies. Contact us as soon as possible to report the issue, and we will advise you on the next steps to resolve the matter.
- Item Not Received
4.1. If you have not received your item within the expected timeframe, please inform us within 21 days from the date of dispatch confirmation. We will promptly investigate and arrange for a refund or replacement if necessary.
- How to Return an Item
5.1. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at customerservice@gyorr.com. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
5.2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and the return address. Please package the item securely, including your order number, name, and address inside the package.
5.3. Ensure to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning the item to us. Without proof of postage, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement if the item is lost in transit.
- Refunds Process
6.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our Department, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
6.2. If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck with your bank. Secondly, contact your credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
- Cost of Returning Items
7.1. We will refund the postage costs for returning an item in cases where we sent the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty. However, postage costs for returning items found to be in good working order will not be refunded.
